HVAC Design upgradation for Laboratory Building shall be as follows:

• • Site investigations
  • Evaluation of the existing HVAC system, verifying the previous design data, evaluation of the airflow rate and identifying the issues.
  • Evaluation of the existing chilled water flow requirements and providing solutions for the enhancement of the HVAC system.
  • Preparation of revised heat load calculations
  • Preparation of HVAC floor plan drawings
  • Selection of AHU
  • Control system drawings and sequence of operation.
  • Preparation of Bulk BOQ and Specification
